Shared living accommodations and group living are among the cornerstones of the collegiate experience. Where else can you enjoy the comforts of home, your friends close by, safety in numbers and a smart budget solution for living on or close to campus? Whether it be dedicated residence halls or a traditional sorority house, Kappa Delta provides you with new opportunities to learn, grow and most of all… have fun!
The Kappa Delta-Gamma Upsilon house is a large two-story brick house located by Henderson Hall and the Baptist Student Ministry. Living in the Kappa Delta house provides a "home away from home" for many of our sisters and continues to give them memories that will last a lifetime. From movie nights to study groups, there is never a dull moment during the semester. Members are required to live in the house for a minimum of 4 semesters.
Within the house there is a space for all necessities: Kitchen, Study Room, Laundry Room, Two Living Rooms, and a Dining Room.
Within each space of the house lays memories that will forever be told and cherished to the heart, whether learning how to cook in the kitchen with sisters to watching movies in the living room, it is always the little things that count.
